About Shannon
Shannon is the Financial Officer at Encore Marketing. She owns the money side of the business: client invoicing, payroll records, and the filings that keep the company current with the state and the IRS.
She has kept books for construction-world businesses for more than two decades. Since 2003 she has managed accounting and office administration for a family-run concrete pumping company, covering everything from payables and receivables to payroll and payroll tax reporting. Earlier accounting roles ran through construction and agricultural suppliers. She holds a BBA in Business Management with an accounting specialization from Saint Leo University.
