About Shelby
Shelby is the Marketing Director at Encore Marketing. She runs the organic content engine behind our social media programs: the monthly calendars, the shoots that feed them, and the quality gate everything passes before a client ever sees it.
Nothing publishes without passing her. Blog articles get her quality-assurance read before they go out for approval. Social calendars get checked post by post. Client edits route through her until they are actually finished, not just marked done. On shoot days she is part of the production, and afterward she is the one editing photos until they match the brand they belong to.
She also mentors the junior side of the content team, which is how the standard she holds becomes the standard everyone holds.
